12 each ¼-inch slices of La Brea Bakery Antipasto Rustic Italian Bread
3 T. unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 T. ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine the cinnamon and sugar together, mixing them well. Slice the bread on the diagonal into ¼ inch slices (this creates longer pieces of bread). Brush each slice of bread, heavily with the melted butter, and place onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the buttered slices of bread, using about 2 t. per slice. Toast in the oven for approximately 4 minutes, or until the sugar has melted and the bottom of the crips are toasted. Remove from oven and let cool. Makes 12 servings.
