Two ½-inch slices of La Brea Bakery Antipasto Walnut Bread
1 slice of Gruyere cheese
1 slice of Mozzarella cheese
1 oz. grated or shaved Parmesan cheese
1 T. unsalted butter
Lightly butter each slice of bread on one side. Layer the three cheeses on the bottom piece of bread, on the non-buttered side. Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up. Grill the sandwiches in a panini press (or skillet) for 4-5 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese has melted. Makes one serving.
