Two ½-inch slices of La Brea Bakery Antipasto Rustic Italian Bread
1 slice of sharp Cheddar cheese
2 slices Black Forest ham
1 T. unsalted butter
Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the Cheddar cheese and the sliced ham on the bottom piece of bread, on the non-buttered side. Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up. Grill in a panini press (or skillet) for 4-5 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese has melted. Makes one serving.
