- 2 Slices of La Brea Bakery Gluten Free Multigrain Loaf (Toasted and Cut in 1/2 on a Diagonal)
- 1 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Persian Cucumber (Cut in 1/4 inch Discs)
- 1 tsp Fresh Tarragon
- 3 oz Smoked Salmon
- 1 tsp Fresh Dill
- 1 tsp Crème Fraiche
- 1 Lemon Wedge
Preparation
- Place bread on a flat work surface. For the first sandwich, spread cream cheese on bread, add cucumber, and top with tarragon.
- For the second sandwich, spread crème fraiche on bread, add salmon, and top with dill
