La Brea bakery Tea Sandwiches Two Ways
Ingredients
  • 2 Slices of La Brea Bakery Gluten Free Multigrain Loaf (Toasted and Cut in 1/2 on a Diagonal)
  • 1 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Persian Cucumber (Cut in 1/4 inch Discs)
  • 1 tsp Fresh Tarragon
  • 3 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 1 tsp Fresh Dill
  • 1 tsp Crème Fraiche
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
Preparation
  1. Place bread on a flat work surface.  For the first sandwich, spread cream cheese on bread, add cucumber, and top with tarragon. 
  2. For the second sandwich, spread crème fraiche on bread, add salmon, and top with dill
