Veggie Super Sandwich

On a flat surface lay both pieces of bread flat.  Spoon Green Goddess dressing on one slice of bread.  Add lentils, carrots and cucumber. Next, add avocado and cilantro.  Spoon Almond butter-turmeric sauce on remaining slice of bread and top sandwich.  Serve.

Ingredients
  • 2 slices of Founders Sprouted Multigrain & Seed approximately ½ inch thick
  • 1/3 cup tuscan kale
  • 1 roasted carrot
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1/4 English cucumber sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup cooked lentils with favorite curry powder added
  • 1 Tbsp Green Goddess dressing (favorite recipe)
  • 1 Tbsp Almond butter-turmeric sauce (favorite recipe)
