A hearth-baked baguette made with single-origin, heirloom Fortuna wheat flour from Big Sky Country, Montana.  The hearth-baked artisan bread develops a golden brown color, with a single score.  The interior is hearty and chewy with an open cell structure typical of well-fermented bread doughs.  The flavor profile is distinctly sour on the finish, with caramelized and sourdough aromatic notes.
