An artisan bread, made with La Brea Bakery starter, using whole milled rye and whole milled wheat. The bread is basket proofed and hearth baked. A thin crispy crust and a chewy crumb contain sweet, nutty notes followed by balanced sourness, making for a complex and exciting loaf.
