Creamy Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup in a Bread Bowl
- Ancient Grain Boule cored out
- red pepper and tomato soup (favorite recipes)
- 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 Tsp curry
- salt and pepper
- fresh thyme
- Heat over to 350 degrees and bake bread for 10 minutes until just starting to get brown on the edges. Remove and set on serving plate.
- Warm soup and ladle into the bread bowl. Thin out yogurt with a little water and spoon on top of soup. Add curry, Thyme, salt and pepper and serve.
