Ricotta, Smoked Salmon and Avocado Sliders
Ingredients
              - 1 Ancient Grain Roll
 - ½ avocado
 - 2 slices tomato
 - 1 Tbsp ricotta cheese
 - 2 oz smoked salmon (optional)
 - ¼ cucumber sliced thin
 - 1 tsp chives chopped
 - 1 tsp tarragon chopped
 - Salt and pepper
 
Preparation
              - Set oven to 350 degrees and bake rolls for 5-7 minutes. Remove and let cool.
 - Slice roll in half and place on a flat surface. Mix Ricotta with herbs, a pinch of salt and spread on the bottom half of roll. Add cucumber, tomato and avocado. Next, add smoked salmon if you are using and top with chives and micro-greens. Top with other half of roll and serve immediately.
