Our Sourdough Baguettes undergo an extra long fermentation before hearth-baking to let all the delicious sour notes develop. Just like our traditional baguette, every bite is chewy with a hearty, crusty exterior and the open cell structure of artisan bread, but with a delightful sourdough flavor. The Sourdough Demi Baguette is a smaller version of our Sourdough Baguette, and could be used for single-serve sandwiches.
