Bourbon Sweet Pecan Bread Pudding

A rich bread pudding recipe featuring our very own Sweet Pecan Loaf, infused with caramelized bourbon, nutty pecans, and toasty warm cinnamon notes

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of La Brea Bakery Sweet Pecan Loaf, Cut into 1/2 inch Cubes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups of Whole Milk
  • 1 Cup Half and Half
  • 1/4 Cup Bourbon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Pecan
  • 2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Grease a 9 in x 12 in baking dish with butter and add the bread.
  3. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over bread.
  4. Bake for 35-45 min until brown and remove.
  5. Let cool slightly and serve.
