
Gluten Free Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- Hot Sauce to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Gluten Free Multigrain Artisan Sliced Sandwich Bread
Preparation
- Toast both pieces of bread.
- Scoop avocado out of its skin into a bowl and mash. Top each piece of toast evenly with avocado mash. Drizzle 1tsp. of olive oil on each.. Finish with a few dashes of hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Serve.
