Classic Italian flavors combine with the unique texture and flavors of our Rosemary Olive Oil Loaf.
Ingredients
              - 1 La Brea Bakery Rosemary Olive Oil Loaf
 - 1 tablespoon softened butter
 - 1 tablespoon roasted red pepper spread
 - 4 slices smoked mozzarella cheese
 - 2 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
 - 2 slices copa
 - 2 slices soppressata
 - 4 stalks roasted broccolini
 
Preparation
              - Place a medium cast iron skillet or similar over medium-low heat and preheat the pan for 2 minutes while you assemble the sandwich.
 - Butter each slice of bread on one side and lay the bread on cutting board butter side down. Spread red pepper spread on both slices.
 - Place two slices of smoked mozzarella on each piece of bread, and add the mixed Italian meats and roasted broccolini.
 - Top with the remaining bread slice
 - Carefully transfer the sandwiches to the preheated pan and cook until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted, around 3 minutes per side. Serve warm.
