  • 4 Slices of La Brea Bakery Tuscan Loaf (Approx. 1 inch Thick, Grilled)
  • 2 Cups Mixed Stone Fruit (Cut into 1/2 inch Wedges)
  • 8 oz Halloumi Cheese, Grilled
  • 1/4 Cup Pistachios and 1 Tbsp for Garnish
  • 1/3 Cup Favorite Balsamic Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Mint and Basil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Add grilled bread into shallow salad bowl.  Add fruit wedges and Halloumi.  Spoon dressing over the salad, add pistachios, herbs, salt, and pepper.  Mix gently.  Garnish with remaining pistachios and serve.
