Molten Pepperoni Cheese Dip with Garlic Bread

Description

This “deconstructed pizza” is as simple and irresistible as it gets! Gooey melted cheese and pepperoni mingle in individual cast iron pans— perfect for a shareable appetizer. Once it hits the table, it’s devoured with the help of garlic toasted Baguette sticks.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a small cast iron skillet, layer cheese and pepperoni slices, alternating until the pan is full. Bake at 350ºF until the cheese is completely melted and starting to brown.
  2. Cut Demi Baguette in half lengthwise and spread butter evenly on both halves. Top each side with garlic and red pepper flakes and bake or broil until toasted. Remove and cut crosswise into 1" pieces.
  3. Remove molten pepperoni dip from the oven, drizzle with hot honey, garnish with fresh basil, and serve with toasted garlic bread on the side.
