Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato & Avocado
  • 2 slices French Loaf 1/4” inch thick
  • 1 vine ripened tomato sliced
  • 2 pieces of butter lettuce
  • 2 pieces of cooked bacon
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh tarragon chopped
  • 1 Tbsp mayonaise
  • Salt

Place toasted bread slices on a flat surface. Mix the mayonnaise with chopped mint and a pinch of salt to make dressing. Spread dressing on both one side of each slice of bread.  To build the sandwich, start with lettuce, then add tomato, bacon and top with sliced avocado.  Put the remaining piece of bread on top and serve.
