Ingredients
  • La Brea Bakery French Baguette
  • 2 eggs 
  • Olive oil
  • Avocado crema, homemade or store-bought
  • 4 to 6 slices bacon
  • 2 slices aged cheddar
  • Pickled chiles

Preparation
  1. Cook eggs sunny side up in olive oil and set aside.
  2. Cut La Brea Bakery baguette in half and lengthwise to form a top and bottom half for two sandwiches.
  3. Spread a layer of avocado crema on either side of the bread.
  4. Layer cooked bacon, fried eggs, aged cheddar, and pickled chiles. Close sandwiches and serve warm.
