French Toast

Start your day off right with this delicious french toast recipe!

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 ½ cup Half and Half
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
  • Maple Syrup to taste
  • Powdered Sugar to taste
  • French Baguette
  1. Combine eggs, half and half, vanilla extract, honey, nutmeg, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Heat skillet using 1 tbsp butter.
  2. Dip bread slices into egg mixture, 30 seconds each side. Shake off excess mixture and place in heated skillet.
  3. Cook slices until both sides are golden brown. Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
