Plated Grilled Double Smash Burger with Buttermilk Ranch
Ingredients
  • 1 La Brea Bakery Brioche Bun 
  • 2-3 oz ground beef patties
  • 2 tomato slices  
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Buttermilk Ranch dressing
  • 2 tsp salt 
Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Brush Brioche on both sides with butter and toast lightly on the grill.  
  3. Place beef patties on the grill and season with 1 teaspoon salt and immediately smash down with a metal spatula and hold for 2-3 seconds.  After about 2 minutes, repeat smashing the beef and then flip. Season with remaining salt and smash down again. After about 2 minutes, add cheese, close the top of the grill until melted and remove from the grill.
  4. To build the burger, spread half the ranch on the bottom bun and add both burgers stacking on top of each other. Next, add shredded lettuce and tomato and then spread remaining ranch on top bun and place on burger. Serve.
