La Brea Bakery Cafe's Classic Grilled Cheese

Simplicity goes a long way with this delicious sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. White Cheddar
  • 8 oz. Gruyere Cheese
  • 4 oz. Fontina Cheese
  • 2 oz. Garlic Oil
  • Wheat Loaf
Preparation
  1. Brush outside of bread slices with garlic oil.
  2. Divide cheeses in four and shingle on the slices of bread.
  3. Place bread in warm pan on medium heat or in panini press.
  4. Turn over after 3 minutes to ensure even coloring and that the cheese melts properly.
