Simplicity goes a long way with this delicious sandwich.
- 8 oz. White Cheddar
- 8 oz. Gruyere Cheese
- 4 oz. Fontina Cheese
- 2 oz. Garlic Oil
- French Loaf
- Brush outside of bread slices with garlic oil.
- Divide cheeses in four and shingle on the slices of bread.
- Place bread in warm pan on medium heat or in panini press.
- Turn over after 3 minutes to ensure even coloring and that the cheese melts properly.
