Parmesan Cheese Crisp
  • 1 loaf of La Brea Bakery Three Cheese Semolina Bread (Cut lengthwise into thirds, then sliced horizontally 1/8 inch thick

  • 2/3 C fresh shredded parmesan cheese

  • ½ C of Olive oil


Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the baguette slices so they are not touching. Brush each slice with olive oil on both sides so it’s well coated. Then, sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the baguette slices. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. Let cool before serving.
