- 8 slices of La Brea Bakery Whole Grain Bread
- 3 cups shredded roasted turkey
- 1 cup chipotle mayonnaise
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 cups watercress, arugula or other available baby greens
- Sea salt
- Place the shredded turkey in a bowl and toss with ¾ cup of the chipotle mayonnaise
- Spread ¼ cup of chipotle mayo on 4 slices for bread
- Place turkey salad onto one slice of the La Brea Bakery Whole Grain Bread and place the baby greens on top of the salad.
- Top with slices of avocado and close the sandwich.
