Chicken Parm Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  • 1 slices of Italian Round 1/2”
  • 3 slices Fontina cheese
  • 2 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 chicken breast grilled (4oz)
  • 3-4 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp red pepper flake
Preparation

Set a heavy bottom pan over medium heat and add butter.  While melting, build the sandwich.  Place one slice of bread on flat surface. Spread tomato sauce on bread, add a slice of cheese, chicken, basil and top with more tomato sauce and the second slice of cheese. Put in the pan and cook until golden brown on bottom and flip and top the top bread with remaining tomato sauce and the last slice of cheese. Cover and cook until other side is golden and cheese on top melted. Serve.
