Cranberry walnut bread biscotti
Ingredients
  • 1 loaf La Brea Bakery cranberry walnut bread

  • 1/3 C unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 Tbsp granulated Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

Slice bread into 1 inch thick slices, then slice each piece in half or thirds. The smaller end pieces are cut in half, while the larger middle pieces are cut into thirds. In a small separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon well and set aside. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced out as much as possible. Use a pastry brush to brush the tops of the bread with butter. Sprinkle each piece with the cinnamon sugar, covering the top of the bread. Bake at 350 for 18-20 mins or until golden brown and crispy.
