- 2 pieces of Whole Grain loaf cut in 1/2” slices
- 1 Tbsp softened butter
- 1 Tbsp green goddess dressing (favorite recipe or store bought)
- 1 cup of kale steamed
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1 green onion grilled and sliced
- 2 pieces of Swiss cheese
Set a heavy bottom pan over medium heat and add butter. While melting, build the sandwich. Place one slice of bread on flat surface. Spread dressing on bread, add 1 slice of Swiss cheese, then green onion, kale, avocado, reaming slice of cheese and top with bread. Put in the pan and cook until golden brown on bottom and flip. Cook until other side is golden and cheese melted. Remove, let rest for 3 minutes and then serve.
