Ingredients
- Smoked Salmon
- 2 tsp. Wasabi Mayonnaise
- Handful Small Cilantro, torn
- Country White Sourdough Loaf
Preparation
- Toast or grill one piece of bread until golden brown. Spread a layer of Wasabi Mayonnaise, Cilantro and top with Smoked Salmon. Serve open faced.
