Roast Beef Sandwich with Grilled Onions and Chili Lime Mayo

Layers of luscious roast beef piled high on top of a crusty Sourdough Demi Baguette with cheddar, grilled onions and a bright chili lime mayo that really pops

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Slice Baguette lengthwise into halves and toast. 
  2. Build the sandwich by spreading chili lime mayonnaise on the bottom half of the Baguette.
  3. Next, add lettuce and then pile roast beef.
  4. Place cheese on top of roast beef and add grilled onions.
  5. Top the sandwich with the remaining Baguette half and serve.
